Women’s Ministry

Bible Study

Women’s Bible study meets every Thursday, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm at Cindy Rantal’s home. Sarah Driftmier leads the study from Joshua: All God’s Good Promises by Kathleen Nielson.

A new study in the books of 1 & 2 Thessalonians begins February 16.  This is open to all women seeking to grow closer to God and each other.  Please contact the church for more information.

WIC at Bellewood (Women in the Church)

PURPOSE

Because Christ, in his death and resurrection, has removed all barriers to his power and grace (we have all put on Christ and are one in Christ Jesus [Galatians 3:27, 28]) we have great confidence that God has called Bellewood Presbyterian Church to encourage and support the growth and life of the women in our church community. All believers are full members of Christ’s body, and hence, women are vital to the life and ministry of our congregation.

VISION

We envision women leading ministries at Bellewood which encourages the spiritual growth of women in a manner that pleases and glorifies God. We envision these ministries to be grounded in Scripture, accomplished through Bible study and discipleship. We further envision that the blessing of this ministry will extend to all members of Bellewood and to the community at large by equipping women to exercise their gifts.

In addition to Bible Study (see above), Bellewood Women in the Church offers many opportunities for fellowship and service in the church.
