Pastor John Day
Pastor John is a Northwest native, raised in a small town north of Seattle. He came to know Jesus as his Savior and Lord as a young child, and his passion is to see people of all ages transformed by the power and grace of the cross. He received his PhD in Old Testament from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is the author of the book, Crying for Justice: What the Psalms Teach Us about Mercy and Vengeance in an Age of Terrorism. Pastor John's focus in ministry is worship and preaching; in his spare time, he loves music, gardening, and games. He and his wife Lorri have four children and one grandchild.
Assistant Pastor Craig Vick
Pastor Craig has served various churches in Washington and California over the past twenty years. He came to know Jesus as Savior and Lord when he was nine years old, and received his M.Div from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. Pastor Craig is a gifted Bible teacher and enjoys philosophy, singing, and playing the harmonica in Bellewood's Bluegrass Gospel Band. He and his wife Kelly are the Directors of Christian Education here; in addition, Kelly faithfully teaches children's Sunday School and Craig leads the Sunday evening Bible study. They both consider it a great joy to serve God at Bellewood. Craig and Kelly have two wonderful children.
